Privacy Policy

How Monster Battle handles your account and game data.

Who to contact

The Monster Battle team operates this game and website. For privacy questions or requests, email schenedevelopment@gmail.com.

Data the game uses

We store an account identifier, a device-generated sign-in identifier, session credentials, and your email address if you link it. A linked email is used for verification and account sign-in. Your public name and selected portrait may be visible to opponents. Never share your password or verification code with support.

Your progress

The online service stores your card collection, saved decks, currencies, owned cosmetics, reward claims, transaction records, mission progress, ranked profile and match history. This makes account progress available when you sign in on another device and helps prevent duplicate rewards and fraudulent changes. Offline Trial progress does not grant online rewards.

Technical data and service providers

Requests to our services expose technical information such as IP addresses and request times. We use this for connectivity, security and abuse prevention. The game backend uses Nakama and PostgreSQL hosted on a VPS. Amazon Web Services SES delivers verification email. Cloudflare may process website traffic and security logs when this site is hosted there. These providers process information needed to deliver their services; data may be processed outside your country.

Passwords and verification codes

Passwords are sent over encrypted connections and hashed by the authentication service. Verification codes expire and have attempt and resend limits. Session credentials are saved on your device so you can return to the game. Do not submit passwords or codes through this website.

Website storage

This static website does not require an account, install advertising trackers, or use analytics cookies. The account deletion form prepares an email in your email app; it does not upload your form entries to this website. Hosting providers may keep technical access and security logs.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and progress data while needed to provide your account. Guest accounts with no linked email or social login and no progress (no cards, packs, decks, cosmetics, redeemed codes or matches) are deleted automatically after 30 days without activity; there is nothing in them to restore. Accounts with progress and linked accounts are not removed for inactivity. A deletion you confirm in the game, or a verified deletion request, removes the account and its associated active game data. Limited records may need to remain for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Other players’ match histories may still contain results of games they played with you. Any applicable retained records and backup limitations will be explained when your request is handled.

Your choices

You can change your public name and portrait in the game, sign out, or delete your account in Settings → Delete account. You can also request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. We verify account ownership before acting on an account request. Deleting files or uninstalling the game does not delete the server account. See Delete account for the request process.

Younger players

If you are not old enough to consent to data processing where you live, ask a parent or guardian before creating or linking an account. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s account.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change. The revision date appears above. Material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use the affected service.
